We are confused because knowing Chloe and her fashion forward sense of style, it may be only a matter of days before everyone starts wearing their underwear as outerwear too. After all we saw many examples of this on various catwalk shows and Amy Winehouse, who is the original champion of this look, has been getting away with it for a long time now.
