Get the look: Alexis Bledel

Alzi la mano chi non ha mai visto, neanche per una volta il telefilm "Gilmore Girls".

Impossibile direi, dato che su Sky, le due protagoniste Lorelai ( Lauren Graham) e Rory ( Alexis Bledel) spuntano come i funghi ogni due tre settimane, con le loro vicende zuccherose e le loro vite sui generis, condite di fitti monologhi tra l’ironico e l’assurdo, non sempre facilmente condivisibili ( io a volte non riesco a seguirle, parlano troppo veloce, ad esempio).

Il motivo di questo cappello è semplice: io, Alexis Blendel-Rory me la ricordavo come nel telefilm. Una piccola ragazza, dolce ed educata, gentile ed intelligente, che girava per le vie di Stars Hollow avvolta in improbabili maglioncini di lana dai mille colori e scarponcini di suede marroni, degni di Anette, quella del cartone animato.

Poi me la ritrovo qui, da Alexa Chung, tutta in tiro, vestita “moderna”, con una mise dall’animo rock e soprattutto senza quegli scarponcini e… rosico. Sì, rosico.

Non è giusto, chi le ha dato il permesso di cambiarsi. Alcune cose dovrebbero rimanere immutabili. Rory con il suo stile semplice, da ragazza bon-ton del mid-west, era una di quelle. Non so come farò adesso a riguardare il telefilm, immaginandomela con il trucco nero e lo stivaletto strong...

Vabbè, mi sa che me ne dovrò fare una ragione.

Impossible to say, as on Sky, the two protagonists, Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel) sprout like mushrooms every two or three weeks, with their lives full of sugar and rich of monologues half ironc half absurd, not always so easily to share (I sometimes can not follow them, they speak too fast, for example).

The reason for this prologue is simple: I remembered Alexis Blendel-Rory as she was in the show. A little girl, sweet and polite, kind and intelligent, who roamed the streets of Stars Hollow, wrapped in unlikely old woolen sweaters of thousand colors and brown suede boots, worthy of Anette,( the one of the cartoon)

Then I find her here, at the Alexa Chung show, all dressed up, with a black "modern" dress and a rock twist and especially without those shoes ... I'm jealous. SO jealous!

Is not right, who gave her the permission to change. Some things should remain immutable. Rory with her simple style, a bon-ton girl from the mid-west, was one of those. I can't figure it out, how I will still watch the show, thinking about that images of her with makeup and black boots...
